1. COMMUNICATION AND APPROVAL. By using JPay`s services, you accept the terms of this Agreement, the JPay Privacy Policy and any other documents included by reference. You also accept that this agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and JPay and that this agreement constitutes a letter that you have signed under the applicable legislation or regulations. JPay may amend this Agreement at any time. You agree to be bound by the amended terms of this Agreement after the effective date of these changes if you use JPay`s services. We last amended this agreement on March 10, 2020. Nothing in this agreement is considered a third party right or benefit. All rights that are not expressly granted are reserved for JPay.
In this agreement, “you,” “user” or “customer” refers to any person or organization that uses the JPay service (as defined below).
