An agreement under which the train operator agrees to become a party to the rights award contract and the processing contract and schedule 6 of the rights and processing agreement. This contract does not affect the application of the terms of the reference and receivables contract between the liability parties for small claims corresponding to the threshold (as defined in this agreement). Paragraphs 16 and 17 of the rights award and processing contract provide that claims between parties are limited to certain amounts, unless the parties expressly conclude something else.
