6.13. The sublicensing ensures that the money in the sublicensing`s bank account under the credit card previously used to pay a sublicensing tax is sufficient for the payment of a tax as part of a new order processed automatically. The license key means that a single key code has entered the software registration screen and the sublicensing can use the software without having access to the Internet. The license keys for the software are determined only by the copyright holder and/or its representatives and made available to the sublicensing by subscription confirmation, license certificate or a separate application from the sublicensing to the sublicensing`s email address; 2.4. This agreement shall not be construed or interpreted as an agreement between the licensee and the underlicensed for the sale and/or other sale of the software, copies of the software and/or tangible media on which the software is made available. The licensee agrees and accepts that ReSharper SDK may be subject to import and export laws of any country, including the laws of the European Union and the United States (particularly the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). The licensee acknowledges that he is not a citizen, national or resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria and is not a restricted end user as defined by current export control legislation. In addition, the licensee acknowledges that it will not download or export or re-export or export other products, directly or indirectly, to the aforementioned countries or to citizens, nationals or residents of these countries or other limited end-users, or for limited use. 1.9. In accepting the terms of this Agreement, the licensee is explained by Jetbrains` privacy policy in www.jetbrains.com/company/privacy.html and becomes a contracting party to the Jetbrains account agreement for www.jetbrains.com/legal/agreements/jetbrains_account.html. These documents are considered to be an integral part of these documents.
12.2. In the event of a dispute between the sublicensing owner and the licensee in the interpretation or execution of this agreement, the parties endeavour to resolve this dispute in the course of the appeal procedure. The response time to a written right is ten (10) days. 1.1. This sub-licensing agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “agreement”) governs the relationship between JetBrains Distributions LLP, a legal entity incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and registered in the register of commerce of the Prague Municipal Court (identification number 071 74 811), headquartered in: Na Hégech II 1718/8, Prague, 14700, Czech Republic (hereafter – the “licensee”) and a legally competent person residing in the territory of the Russian Federation, who has formally joined the agreement (hereafter referred to as “sublicensing”) in order to obtain the right to use software provided by the sublicens in the territory of the Russian Federation.
